About the Learnership
This INSETA-accredited Call Centre Learnership is aimed at unemployed youth who want to gain hands-on experience in the Financial and Insurance industry.
The programme includes:
- Structured workplace learning
- Formal theoretical training
- Exposure to a professional call centre environment
Successful candidates will sign a fixed-term Learnership agreement (this is not a permanent employment contract) and receive a monthly stipend of R12 000 for the duration of the programme.
Working Hours & Schedule
Learners will work on a rotational, pre-determined roster, which includes:
- Friday to Monday: 9 hours per day
- Saturday: 8 hours
- Sunday: 5 hours
- Two weekdays off (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
- One weekday dedicated to full qualification training (on-site)
Public Holidays
You may be required to work on South African public holidays if scheduled. UK public holidays are excluded.
